为了更好适应“八项规定”、“一带一路”等政策下的竞争需求,有效利用人才成为茶企人力资源管理的核心。本文运用静态博弈理论分析茶企人才流动特点并对其进行流动博弈分析,提出相应的管理策略。
In order to better meet the competition needs under the “Eight Rules,” “Belt and Road,” and other policies, effective use of qualified personnel has become the core of human resources management in tea enterprises. In this paper, the static game theory is used to analyze the characteristics of the tea talent flow and its mobile game analysis, and put forward the corresponding management strategies.
