目的对成都市武侯区2014-2016年度社区卫生服务中心健康管理的糖尿病患者的满意度进行分析,为进一步完善社区健康管理机制提供科学依据。方法使用自行设计的满意度调查表,采用等距抽样的方法,对成都市武侯区2014-2016年度社区卫生服务中心健康管理的糖尿病患者进行满意度调查。结果 2014-2016年成都市武侯区接受社区卫生服务中心健康管理的糖尿病患者总体满意率84.07%。健康档案信息准确的糖尿病患者的满意率为96.17%,信息准确性与患者满意率的差异有统计学意义(χ~2=219.002,P<0.05);健康管理服务规范的糖尿病患者的满意率为99.32%,服务规范性与患者满意率的差异有统计学意义(χ~2=172.809,P<0.05);血糖控制达标糖尿病患者满意率为87.12%,血糖控制效果与患者满意率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=24.128,P<0.05)。结论要高度重视服务对象的满意度,通过不断提高社区卫生服务中心的服务能力和服务质量,为糖尿病患者提供真实、规范、有效的管理和服务,促进社区健康管理工作。
Objective To analyze the degree of satisfaction of patients with diabetes under the management of community health service center in Wuhou District of Chengdu City in 2014-2016, and to provide a scientific basis for further improving the community health management mechanism. Methods Satisfaction surveys were conducted on patients with diabetes mellitus who were managed healthily by the Community Health Service Center of Wuhou District in Wuhou District of Chengdu City using self-designed questionnaire of satisfaction and equidistant sampling method. Results The overall satisfaction rate of diabetes patients receiving community health service center health care in Wuhou District of Chengdu from 2014 to 2016 was 84.07%. The satisfaction rate of patients with accurate health information was 96.17%, the accuracy of information was significantly different from that of patients (χ ~ 2 = 219.002, P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of patients with diabetes with health management service was 99.32%, the difference between service standardization and patient satisfaction rate was statistically significant (χ ~ 2 = 172.809, P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of patients with glycemic control standard diabetes was 87.12%, the difference between blood glucose control effect and patient satisfaction rate was statistically Significance (χ ~ 2 = 24.128, P <0.05). Conclusion It is necessary to attach great importance to the satisfaction of the clients and to provide real, standardized and effective management and services to patients with diabetes and improve community health management by continuously improving the service capabilities and service quality of community health service centers.
