目的 :p2 7基因是一种肿瘤抑制基因。它在人类一些恶性肿瘤的表达水平与预后呈正相关。本研究探讨其在乳腺癌中的表达水平与预后的关系。方法 :用免疫组化检测 p2 7蛋白在 6 6例乳腺癌中的表达水平 ,然后用 χ2 检验其与临床病理学特征的关系 ,Logrank检验 p2 7的表达与生存时间的关系 ,Cox回归模型作单因素和多因素预后分析。结果 :p2 7在乳腺癌中的高表达率为 5 3 0 3% (35 / 6 6 ) ;低表达率为 46 97% (31/ 6 6 )。p2 7低表达与乳腺癌分期晚 ,易发生淋巴结转移、局部复发和远处转移显著相关 ,Logrank检验发现 p2 7蛋白的表达与乳腺癌患者的生存期呈正相关 ,Cox模型则显示 p2 7是乳腺癌的一个独立的预后标志物。 结论 :p2 7低表达与乳腺癌分期晚 ,易发生淋巴结转移、局部复发、远处转移、以及预后差、生存期短显著相关 ,p2 7高表达则相反。我们认为p2 7蛋白是乳腺癌的一个独立的预后标志物
Purpose : The p2 7 gene is a tumor suppressor gene. It is positively correlated with the prognosis of some malignant tumors in humans. This study explored the relationship between its expression and prognosis in breast cancer. METHODS: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of p27 protein in 66 breast cancers. The relationship between the expression of p27 protein and clinicopathological features was examined by Chi-square test. The relationship between p27 expression and survival time was analyzed by Log Rank. Univariate and multivariate prognostic analysis. Results: The high expression rate of p27 in breast cancer was 5330% (35/66); the low expression rate was 46 97% (31/66). The low expression of p27 was significantly associated with lymph node metastasis, local recurrence, and distant metastasis late in breast cancer. Log rank test showed that the expression of p27 protein was positively correlated with the survival of breast cancer patients. The Cox model showed that p27 was a breast cancer. An independent prognostic marker for cancer. Conclusion : The low expression of p27 is closely related to late stage breast cancer, prone to lymph node metastasis, local recurrence, distant metastasis, poor prognosis, and short survival time. The high expression of p27 is contrary. We believe that p27 protein is an independent prognostic marker for breast cancer
