自1989～1996年我院收治脑出血87O例，其中情绪激动诱发脑出血82例（9．4％），报道如下。1临床资料1．1一般资料：男44例，女38例，50岁以下29例，51岁以上53例；冬春季发病51例，夏秋季31例；高血压76例。1．2主要表现：头痛4O例，呕吐36例，抽搐2例。意识障碍32例（其昏迷16
87 cases of cerebral hemorrhage were admitted to our hospital from 1989 to 1996, of which 82 cases (9.4%) were emotionally induced cerebral hemorrhage, reported as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General information: 44 males and 38 females, 29 cases under the age of 50, 53 cases over 51 years of age; onset in winter and spring 51 cases, summer and autumn in 31 cases; 76 cases of hypertension. 1.2 The main manifestations: headache 4O cases, 36 cases of vomiting, convulsions in 2 cases. 32 cases of unconsciousness (coma 16)
