以水电厂一起齿盘测速故障及残压测频故障导致的开机不成功事件,分析其发生的原因及暴露的问题,提出整改的措施,为同类事件提供参考。 In this paper, an unsuccessful power-on event caused by a gear-tooth speed-measuring failure of a hydropower station and a fault frequency measurement of residual voltage is analyzed, the causes of the power-on failure and the problems exposed are analyzed, and measures for rectification are proposed to provide reference for the similar events.
