目的:研究长白山蚂蚁水、乙醇提取物的抗疲劳作用。方法:将小鼠分为高、中、低3个剂量组,分别灌胃给予0.2mL/10g、0.1mL/10g和0.05mL/10g剂量的大山蚁提取物,对照组小鼠灌胃给予乙醇,空白组小鼠灌胃给予蒸馏水。30天后使小鼠负重游泳,测定各组小鼠游泳时间、血乳酸水平、耐常压缺氧时间等指标,评价比较其疲劳程度。结果:给予大山蚁提取物的3组大鼠负重游泳时间、耐缺氧时间显著长于对照组,血乳酸水平显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且呈剂量正相关性。结论:大山蚁中营养成分丰富,可有效降低小鼠游泳后产生的血乳酸含量,提高其抗疲劳能力和耐缺氧能力。
Objective: To study the anti-fatigue effect of ant water and ethanol extract from Changbai Mountain. Methods: The mice were divided into three groups: high, medium and low dose groups, and the mice were given gavage with 0.2 mL / 10 g, 0.1 mL / 10 g and 0.05 mL / 10 g dosages respectively. The mice in the blank group were given gavage with distilled water. After 30 days, the mice were loaded with swimming, and the swimming time, blood lactate level and the time of anoxia-resistant and hypoxia were measured to evaluate their fatigue. Results: The weight-bearing swimming time, the hypoxia-tolerant time, the blood lactic acid level in the three groups of rats were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05), and there was a positive correlation between the two groups Sex. CONCLUSION: The ants are rich in nutrients, which can effectively reduce the blood lactate content after swimming in mice and improve their anti-fatigue ability and hypoxia-tolerance ability.
