基于IPC+PMAC组成的上下位机模式的硬件平台和win2000、vc6.0、Pcomm32pro组成的软件平台,利用自行开发的多任务软件控制模块,建立了BKX-I型变轴机床的开放式数控系统。解决了系统实现过程中的关键技术如6轴联动的控制、电机主轴(第7轴)的运动控制、冷却泵的控制以及对刀、工件定位信号的反馈控制。同时把系统控制软件实际制作过程中对各个任务模块的划分和各个任务模块之间的通讯作了阐述,对工件的具体加工、该类数控系统软件制作以及该类机床的推广和实用化有实际意义。
Based on the IPC + PMAC hardware platform consisting of upper and lower computer mode and the software platform consisting of win2000, vc6.0 and Pcomm32pro, the open CNC system of BKX-I variable axis machine is established by using the multi-task software control module developed by ourselves. . It solves the key technologies in the process of system realization, such as the control of 6-axis linkage, the motion control of the motor shaft (the 7th axis), the control of the cooling pump, and the feedback control of the tool positioning and workpiece positioning signals. At the same time the system control software in the actual production process of the division of the various task modules and communication between the various task modules were described on the specific processing of the workpiece, the production of such CNC system software and the promotion and practicality of such machine tools are practical significance.
