正确安装缸套是提高柴油机修理质量的一个重要方面。往往由于缸套安装不当,造成缸套早期磨损、拉缸、排油冒烟、漏水、烧缸垫,有时甚至造成压断或压裂缸套等事故性损坏。一、缸套阻水圈过高与槽配合不当为了防止湿式缸套阻水圈处漏水,安装时往往选用加高的阻水圈,并涂上漆、铅油及防漏膏等,用螺旋压缸器或液压机压入。实践表明,用这种方法安装缸套,不但难以防止阻水圈处漏水,却易引起缸套变形,导致发动机使用寿命降低。阻水圈在槽内位置如图1所示。从图看出,阻水圈过高经挤压变形后,余隙α不足容纳阻水圈的变形,造成切坏阻水圈而引起漏水。在安装时加压过大,还会引起缸套变形。
