本文在对泛华集团人力资源部创办的“全国人才流动中心建设培训中心”的考察基础上,结合我国建筑行业乃至全国人力资源状况,一方面把“培训中心”的人才培育与租赁模式放到整个行业的背景下作综述性的介绍;另一方面以人力资源开发管理和经济学的理论作一些简要的理论探讨,试图从经济效率的角度论证“培训中心”模式在我国特定环境下的可行性。以寻找到适合中国建筑行业的乃至于对全国各个行业具有启发意义的人力资源开发与经营模式。
Based on the investigation of “National Talent Flow Center Construction Training Center” founded by Human Resources Department of Pan-Hua Group and based on the human resources status of China’s construction industry and even the whole country, on the one hand, the training and renting mode of “training center” On the other hand, make some brief theoretical discussions on the theories of human resource development and management and economics, and try to prove the feasibility of “training center” mode in the specific environment of our country from the perspective of economic efficiency Sex.
