石兰原油管道采用管道部分充热水、以油顶水、综合热处理的投产方式。针对投产过程中出现的异常工况,提出了相应的解决措施:泵出口阀开关异常,检查阀门信号与实际状态是否同向;液体管道投产过程中无流量显示,采用泵曲线、清管器跟踪以及摩阻损失计算等方法估算流量;根据管道倾角和清管器速度估算管内流体经过高点后的流速,高点后管道仍处于不满流状态,是管道沿线起伏较大且油水界面间未使用清管球隔离造成的,应适当采取减少混油的有效措施。
