一、冶炼原理简介直接炼铅法,在原理上与焙烧还原或沉澱熔炼不同,脱硫与还原,系同时进行,脱硫时不是自外部氧化,而是自内部予以更换。所用之脱硫剂为苏打炭酸钾或二者之混合物。在高温时(约摄氏800~900度)苏打与铅精矿或辉锑矿的混合物极易熔化,脱硫在均一之液相中,迅速进行。反应后的产物为硫化钠及氧化铅,此时如有还原剂存在氧化铅即被还原。金属与渣因此重不同,分为两层,渣流动性甚好,整个反应方程式如下:(一)铅精矿的熔炼反应:
