目的建立用外标法测定葡萄糖注射液含量的简单高效液相色谱方法。方法采用PurospherStar C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为:甲醇-水(10:40)检测波长:284nm;进样量:10μL,流量:0.6mL·min-1;温度35℃。结果5-羟甲基糠醛在1.02~20.40μg·mL-1浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.99997);平均回收率为98.4%,回收率的RSD为0.5%。结论本测定方法简便快速,灵敏度高,准确度好,可用于葡萄糖注射液中5-羟甲基糠醛的含量测定。
Objective To establish a simple HPLC method for the determination of glucose injection by external standard method. Methods PurospherStar C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water (10:40) and the detection wavelength was 284 nm. The injection volume was 10 μL and the flow rate was 0.6 mL · min-1. . Results The 5-hydroxymethylfurfural had good linearity (r = 0.99997) in the range of 1.02 ~ 20.40μg · mL-1. The average recovery was 98.4% and the RSD of recovery was 0.5%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate. It can be used for the determination of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural in glucose injection.
