三维激光扫描系统是反求工程的重要组成部分,是集数控、激光、CAD/CAM、精密机械、计算机图像采集与处理为一体的集成系统,它主要由运动控制、图像采集、图像处理、三维重构等几大部分组成。本文主要针对随动运动控制子系统的控制原理、硬件组成及软件设计思想作了描述,同时对计算机图像采集子系统的硬件组成、软件设计具体算法及实验结果进行了详细的分析与论述。实验表明,激光扫描测量系统的测量精度有所提高。
3D laser scanning system is an important part of reverse engineering and is an integrated system integrating NC, laser, CAD / CAM, precision machinery, computer image acquisition and processing. It is mainly composed of motion control, image acquisition, image processing, Reconstruction and other major components. This paper mainly describes the control principle, hardware composition and software design idea of servo motion control subsystem. At the same time, the hardware components of computer image acquisition subsystem, the concrete algorithms and experimental results of software design are analyzed and discussed in detail. Experiments show that the measurement accuracy of the laser scanning measurement system has been improved.
