认识法律文书的功能、价值,提高裁判文书质量已成为司法改革的重头戏之一。针对目前大量研究文章中“学术情结”较重,“实践情结”较轻,理论研究较多,实务问题较少的现象,本文以“一份判决书66个错”为视角,借鉴部分法院的改革举措,提出司法机关内部的管理、培训、考核、监督机制的缺失与建立问题,并对此进行探讨和思考。
