目的本研究的目的旨在评估神经前体发育下调9细胞(NEDD9)在宫颈癌组织中的表达情况及其与临床病理特征之间的关系。NEDD9的表达在许多人类恶性肿瘤中都被检测到,并与疾病的进展和不良预后相关。方法通过RT-PCR法分析各组组织中NEDD9的表达量。计算各组表达量采用相对定量法,检测的组织分类为正常宫颈组10/49,宫颈上皮内瘤变组13/49、癌症组26/49。结果 NEDD9的表达量随着癌症的进展明显上升,运用统计学软件和方法比较差异性表达是否有统计学意义,结果显示,宫颈上皮内瘤变组与正常组统计学比较有意义(P<0.05),癌症组与宫颈上皮内瘤变组和正常组比较均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。分析癌症组与某些临床特征之间的关系显示,NEDD9与肿瘤细胞分化程度有关(P<0.05),与患者年龄、临床分期无关(P>0.05)。结论 NEDD9与宫颈癌的发生发展有一定的关系,我们的研究暗示NEDD9可以作为预测指标和潜在分子治疗靶点用于高表达NEDD9的宫颈癌患者。
Purpose The purpose of this study was to assess the expression of NEDD9 in cervical cancer and its relationship with clinicopathological features. The expression of NEDD9 is detected in many human malignancies and correlates with disease progression and poor prognosis. Methods The expression of NEDD9 in each group was analyzed by RT-PCR. The expression of each group was calculated by relative quantification method. The detected tissues were classified as normal cervical group 10/49, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia group 13/49, and cancer group 26/49. Results The expression of NEDD9 increased significantly with the progress of cancer. Statistical software and methods were used to compare the differences in expression of NEDD9 between the two groups. The results showed that there was statistical significance between the group of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and the normal group (P <0.05) ), Cancer group and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia group and normal group were statistically significant (P <0.05). Analysis of the relationship between the cancer group and some clinical features showed that NEDD9 was associated with tumor cell differentiation (P <0.05), but not with age and clinical stage (P> 0.05). Conclusion NEDD9 is closely associated with the development of cervical cancer. Our study suggests that NEDD9 can be used as a predictor and potential molecular target for cervical cancer patients with high expression of NEDD9.
