混凝土闸门的预埋螺栓大体可分为两种:一种是止水固定螺丝,埋置于闸门边缘止水处;一种埋置在门顶吊点上,是闸门启闭运行的承重螺栓,在整个闸门结构中,预埋螺栓是非常关键和重要的部分。 一、螺栓的锈蚀及后果 由于混凝土闸门螺栓长期处于水下和潮湿空气中,金属铁件极易被氧化,螺栓锈蚀损坏变化十分迅速和严重。更为不利的是锈损螺栓因预埋在混凝土门体内无法更换。一般来说,混凝土闸门使用寿命较长,而金属螺栓易于锈毁。毁坏的止水固定螺栓不能更换,老化失效的止水也就无法更换,闸门漏水就在所难免;吊头固定螺栓锈蚀铁屑(主要是三氧化二铁和氧化铁的混合物)脱落,致使钢筋直径变细强度减弱,闸门启闭运行存在隐患。但是,因为固定螺栓预埋在门体内不能更新,隐患无法被排除。
