多连铸叶片蜡模是多个联体叶片在一副模具上同时成形的模具,其结构复杂,加工难度非常大,其中尤以叶身成形活块的加工难度为最大,加工中尺寸精度超差率很高。为了提高其尺寸加工精度,以改进加工工艺为突破口,通过对模具加工过程的细致分析,并结合以前此类模具的加工特点,提出了一种全新的加工方法———组合加工。通过新旧工艺方法加工效果的对比,证明了这种加工方法在叶身成形活块加工中对缩短加工周期和提高加工精度方面有明显的促进作用。
