针对单晶涡轮叶片榫头进气窗口区域的再结晶问题,以降低叶片榫头进气窗口应力集中区域残余应力值为目标,基于仿真迭代,通过对榫头进气窗口圆角半径的优化,实现了对再结晶区域精铸残余应力的调控。结果表明,单晶涡轮叶片进气窗口圆角半角R为1.2 mm时,应力集中区域热残余应力下降28.1%。通过实验证明该参数下进气窗口再结晶现象得到消除。
Aim at the recrystallization problem in the inlet window region of monocrystalline turbine blade tenon, aiming at reducing the residual stress in the stress concentration region of the blade tenon inlet window, based on the simulation iteration, by optimizing the fillet radius of the tenon inlet window, Regulating Residual Stress in Recrystallized Zone. The results show that the thermal residual stress decreases by 28.1% in the stress concentration region when the half angle R of the fillet of the inlet window of a single crystal turbine blade is 1.2 mm. Experimental results show that the inlet window recrystallization under this parameter is eliminated.
