目的:建立宁夏枸杞中总酚酸的含量测定方法。方法:以绿原酸为对照品,采用分光光度法。结果:绿原酸在1.28～20.5μg·mL-1范围内浓度与吸光度呈现良好的线性关系(R=0.9997),平均回收率为99.6%,RSD=1.1%(n=6)。结论:该方法操作简便、结果准确。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of total phenolic acids in Lycium barbarum in Ningxia. Methods: Chlorogenic acid as a reference substance, using spectrophotometry. Results: The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 1.28 ~ 20.5μg · mL-1 and the absorbance was linear (R = 0.9997). The average recovery was 99.6% and RSD was 1.1% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is easy to operate and the result is accurate.
