[病例350]患者48岁,男,大学教职员,初诊于1982年10月。病历:营养、脸色一般,脉稍弱。初诊时血压120/80。主诉一年前起常有右肝部痞满感,很难受时把手指放在自己口腔中使呕吐后症状才好转。患者说喝柠檬汁后身体会舒服些。无舌苔,食欲、大便正常。经胃肠医院检查结果,胆囊变形分成三个部分,各部分中间狭窄。怀疑为胆囊肿瘤,但不是恶性瘤。西药很难服下去。腹部平坦,无抵抗和压痛。 [Case 350] The patient, 48 years old, male, university faculty member, was newly diagnosed in October 1982. Medical records: Nutrition, general face, slightly weak pulse. The initial blood pressure was 120/80. He complained of a feeling of fullness in the right liver from the previous year, and it was difficult to put his fingers in his mouth to improve symptoms after vomiting. The patient said that he would feel better after drinking lemon juice. No tongue coating, normal appetite and stool. As a result of the gastrointestinal hospital examination, gallbladder deformation was divided into three parts, each part being narrow in the middle. Suspected for gallbladder tumors, but not malignant tumors. Western medicine is difficult to accept. Flat belly, no resistance and tenderness.
