目前,高职国际贸易专业的校企合作面临着一定的困难。从高职国际贸易专业和外贸岗位特点入手,提出基于“附加型外贸业务部门”入驻学校的“全程校企合作”人才培养思想,并通过合作博弈模型分析了二级管理体制下学校、院系和合作企业的博弈关系及利益配置问题。在此基础上,为国际贸易专业人才培养机制的建立提出四个建议:构建切实可行的激励机制;构建符合合作各方边际贡献的利益分配机制;构建学校、院系与企业的信息沟通机制;学校、院系应当各司其职,构建合作保障机制。
At present, the college-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational international trade is facing certain difficulties. Starting from the characteristics of international trade specialty and foreign trade post in higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward the idea of cultivating qualified personnel based on “additional foreign trade business ” assigned to the school “school-enterprise cooperation ”, and analyzes the secondary management system through cooperation game model The Game Relations and Interests Allocation of Schools, Faculties and Cooperative Enterprises. On this basis, four suggestions are put forward for the establishment of a training mechanism for international trade professionals: establishing a practical incentive mechanism; building a profit distribution mechanism that meets the marginal contribution of all parties involved in cooperation; building an information communication mechanism between schools, departments and enterprises; Schools and departments should play their respective roles and establish a mechanism for cooperation and protection.
