采用盐酸-硝酸分解样品,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-O ES)测定了矿石中高含量铅和锌。研究了不同酸介质和不同酸度对ICP-OES测定矿石中铅和锌的影响,发现盐酸、硝酸和王水对谱线强度的影响不尽相同;随着酸度的增加,铅和锌的谱线强度呈下降趋势;但是对于较高含量的铅,较低的酸度不利于铅的测定。采用内标法,通过加入R h内标对方法的精密度有明显的改善。该方法经国家标准物质分析验证,对测定值与标准值之间进行t检验无显著性差异。采用该方法与ED T A容量法对未知矿石样品同时进行分析,测试结果相一致。
High concentrations of lead and zinc in ores were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-O ES) using hydrochloric acid-nitric acid decomposition samples. The effects of different acid medium and different acidity on the determination of lead and zinc in ore by ICP-OES were studied. It was found that the effects of hydrochloric acid, nitric acid and aqua regia on the line intensity were different. With the increase of acidity, The intensity is decreasing; however, for higher levels of lead, the lower acidity is not conducive to the determination of lead. Using the internal standard method, the precision of the method was significantly improved by adding R h internal standard. The method was verified by the national standard material analysis, t test between the measured value and the standard value was no significant difference. Using this method and the ED T A volumetric method for simultaneous analysis of unknown ore samples, the test results are consistent.
