高温、多雨天气条件是困扰碾压混凝土筑坝连续、快速、高效、优质施工的难题。江垭大坝采取动态控制碾压混凝土ＶＣ值的办法取得了有效的经验和成果。并针对高温、多雨等特殊施工环境，论述了ＶＣ值的动态控制方法、ＶＣ值取低值的意义和现场碾压致密的性态标准；提出了施工管理和质量控制方法，以及在不增加胶凝材料的条件下，保证碾压混凝土质量的措施。经钻孔取芯检验证明江垭大坝碾压混凝土的ＶＣ值动态控制方法是有效的。
High temperature, rainy weather conditions are troubled by RCC dam continuous, rapid, efficient and high-quality construction problems. Jiangya Dam to take the dynamic control of the value of RCC VC has made effective experience and achievements. In view of the special construction environment such as high temperature and rainy weather, the methods of dynamic control of VC value, the significance of low value of VC value and the compaction quality of site are discussed. The methods of construction management and quality control are put forward, Condensation material conditions, to ensure the quality of RCC measures. The coring test of borehole shows that the method of dynamic control of the VC value of RCC in Jiangya Dam is effective.
