2013年6月28日,江苏南通二建集团项目公司化管理模式研讨暨现场观摩会在北京隆重举行。多年来,粗放型管理弊端多多,企业各方利益都受到了伤害:企业没有实现效益最大化,企业受到了伤害;项目经理能力没有得到充分的发挥和释放,其积极性、创造性受到了伤害;项目部员工没有得到收入增加的实惠,员工利益受到了伤害。虽然很多企业都在致力于改革创新,但似乎总是走不出其中的怪圈,在迷茫中探索管理创效的出口。
