铁路轨枕用PC钢筋的研究开发

针对PC钢筋在张拉状态下的蒸养过程中镦头掉头较为严重的现象 ,采用 43Si材料 ,对不同热处理制度的试样进行抗延迟断裂能力的试验 ,研究不同热处理制度对PC钢筋延迟断裂性能的影响规律。分析实验结果和相关理论 ,通过对热处理制度的优化 ,显著提高了PC钢筋的综合使用性能 ,使PC钢筋断头率小于 3%,优于同规格其它PC制品。 Aiming at the serious phenomenon of the head-up head turning over during the steamed-up process of the PC steel bars under tension, 43Si materials were used to test the anti-delayed fracture ability of the samples with different heat treatment systems.
