医院文化是一个医院在发展过程中形成的以医院精神和管理理念为核心、凝聚、激励医院各级管理者和员工归属感、积极性、创造性的人本管理理论和实践体系的总和,是建立和谐医患关系的前提。要建立和谐的医患关系,医患沟通是最有效途径,同时又是最关键技巧。医院要通过营造良好的医院人文环境,构建和谐的医患关系,寓文化建设于制度之中,来提升医院的信誉度,树立自身的良好形象。
