目的 用 SD大鼠建立一种简便、易行的血管内皮损伤的动物模型 ,为开展对血管内皮细胞 (VEC)形态及功能作用的体内研究提供基本模型。 方法 按 33.3μg/ 10 0 g的剂量给大鼠皮下注射盐酸肾上腺素 ,3/ d,连续 5天。电镜观察大鼠降主动脉内皮细胞结构变化和血浆内皮素 - 1(ET- 1)浓度改变。 结果 电镜观察制作模型大鼠的 VEC有明显损伤 ,并且血浆 ET- 1浓度显著增高。 结论 用大剂量肾上腺素可以成功的制造血管内皮损伤的大鼠摸型
OBJECTIVE: To establish a simple and easy animal model of endothelial dysfunction in SD rats and to provide a basic model for the in vivo study on the morphology and function of vascular endothelial cells (VECs). Methods Rats were injected subcutaneously with epinephrine hydrochloride at a dose of 33.3μg / 100g for 3 days. The changes of the structure of the descending aorta endothelial cells and the concentration of endothelin - 1 (ET - 1) were observed by electron microscope. Results Electron microscopy showed that VEC in the model rats was obviously damaged, and plasma ET-1 concentration was significantly increased. Conclusions The rat model of vascular endothelial injury can be successfully made by using high dose of epinephrine
