体育锻炼是我国推行全民健身计划的重要条件,是提高我国国民身体素质的主要环节。而健美操作为一项健身、健心的体育项目,可根据锻炼者自身情况进行具体调节,可满足各种年龄层的锻炼需要,是一项理想的体育锻炼项目。健美操越来越多的运用于大学体育课程,为大学生深入的理解全民健身并树立终身体育锻炼意识提供了一定的作用。本文运用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对武汉工业职业技术学院在校学生进行实地理论及教学研究,结果表明健美操对大学生体育锻炼具有积极的作用。
Physical exercise is an important condition for the implementation of the national fitness plan in our country and the main link for improving our national physical fitness. The aerobics as a fitness, Jianxin sports, according to their own circumstances, the specific regulation, to meet the needs of all ages exercise is an ideal physical activity. Aerobics more and more used in college physical education for college students in-depth understanding of fitness and establish lifelong awareness of physical exercise provides a certain role. In this paper, we use the methods of literature, questionnaire and logical analysis to study the theory and teaching of students in Wuhan Institute of Technology. The results show that aerobics has a positive effect on the physical training of college students.
