在CAE技术的基础上,通过正交试验研究了车用侧墙板冲压成形过程中压边力、摩擦条件、拉深筋、模具间隙4种主要的工艺参数对零件成形质量的影响,通过统计技术对零件成形性能数据(最大减薄率和变形不充分性)进行了极差分析,在正交试验结果的基础上分别对最大减薄率和变形不充分率进行工艺参数优化。研究结果表明,4种工艺参数中压边力对侧墙板零件减薄率和变形不充分性的影响最为显著,由正交试验得到的优化方案能有效地减小最大减薄率和变形不充分性。
On the basis of CAE technology, the influence of four main process parameters of blank holder force, friction condition, drawbead and die clearance on the forming quality of the part was studied by orthogonal test. Through statistic Technical analysis of the part forming performance data (maximum reduction rate and deformation inadequacy) carried out a very poor analysis, based on the orthogonal test results were optimized for the maximum reduction rate and deformation rate of inadequate process parameters. The results show that the influence of blank holder force on the reduction ratio and deformation of the side wall panels is the most significant among the four kinds of process parameters. The optimization scheme obtained by orthogonal experiment can effectively reduce the maximum reduction rate and deformation Adequacy.
