本文应用荧光光度法对大鼠晶体醛糖还原酶(AR)的提取方法及其催化特性进行探讨,确定了最佳测定条件。该法用于正常及糖尿病大鼠晶体的AR活性测定发现,糖尿病大鼠晶体的AR活性较正常对照仅有轻度升高,无统计学显著意义。本法可用于AR抑制剂的筛选。
In this paper, the extraction method of aldose reductase (AR) in rat crystals and its catalytic properties were studied by fluorescence spectrophotometry, and the optimal determination conditions were determined. The method was applied to the determination of AR activity in normal and diabetic rats crystals. AR activity of diabetic rats crystals was only slightly increased compared with that of normal controls, showing no statistical significance. This method can be used for AR inhibitor screening.
