采用Al/Ti/C/Diamond粉体为原料,通过原位反应烧结技术,制备Al/TiC金属陶瓷复合结合剂金刚石材料。采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜及能谱仪分析试样。结果表明,在1000℃保温1 h,反应烧结得到Al/TiC金属陶瓷复合结合剂金刚石材料;Al含量较低时,产物基体的主相为Al和TiC;当Al含量较高时,产物基体的主相则为Al和Al3Ti;基体与金刚石具有良好的结合。该复合材料具有良好的力学性能,其硬度最高达97.7 HRC。
Using Al / Ti / C / Diamond powder as raw material, the Al / TiC cermet composite binder diamond material was prepared by in-situ reaction sintering technology. The samples were analyzed by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectrometer. The results showed that the Al / TiC cermet composite diamond material was obtained by reaction and sintering at 1000 ℃ for 1 h. When Al content was low, the main phase of the matrix was Al and TiC. When the Al content was high, The main phase is Al and Al3Ti; matrix and diamond have a good combination. The composite has good mechanical properties with a hardness of up to 97.7 HRC.
