本文首先论述了潮模离心浇铸的一般理论根据,对潮模离心浇铸中铸件产生气孔的机构和形成气孔的条件进行了理论分析,并且对潮模离心浇铸中可以采用湿强度较低的型砂进行了论证。通过潮模离心浇铸的实验,上述观点得到了证实。其次本文分析了实验中若干工艺因素对铸铁管质量的影响,着重地对铸铁管插口产生裂纹的原因进行了理论分析,并提出了消除裂纹的几种实用措施。最后本文指出了潮模离心浇铸的应用范围、潮模离心浇铸与干模离心浇铸相比的优点以及进一步改进潮模离心浇铸的研究方向。
In this paper, the general theoretical basis of tangential mold centrifugal casting is discussed firstly, and the mechanism of stomatal formation and the condition of forming stomata in the mold of centrifugal casting are analyzed theoretically, and the molding sand with lower wet strength can be used in the tangential mold centrifugal casting The argument. The above point of view has been confirmed by the experiment of centrifugal mold casting. Secondly, the paper analyzes the influence of several technological factors on the quality of cast iron pipes in the experiment, analyzes the causes of the cracks in the cast iron pipes emphatically, and puts forward some practical measures to eliminate the cracks. Finally, this paper points out the application scope of tidal mold centrifugal casting, the advantages of tidal mold centrifugal casting compared with dry mold centrifugal casting and the further improvement of the research direction of tidal mold centrifugal casting.
