本文以南昌市某医院为例,了解患者对医生的信任现状,对患者信任中普遍信任和人际信任进行实证分析,分析影响患者信任医生的因素。采用自编问卷对245名门诊患者和182名住院患者进行问卷调查。调查显示患者对医生行业的普遍信任度和对就诊医生的人际信任度处于一般水平,但不信任的占少数,且在患者的年龄、学历、医疗费用支付方式、就医满意度等变量上存在显著差异性。多因素逐步回归分析显示,患者的普遍信任和对就医满意度会影响患者对医生的人际信任。
In this paper, a hospital in Nanchang City, for example, to understand the status quo of the trust of patients with doctors, trust in the trust of patients and interpersonal trust empirical analysis, analysis of the factors that affect patients trust doctors. A total of 245 outpatients and 182 inpatients were surveyed using a self-designed questionnaire. The survey shows that patients generally trust the doctor’s profession and the doctor’s interpersonal trust at the general level of trust, but a small number of distrust, and in the patient’s age, academic qualifications, payment of medical expenses, medical satisfaction and other variables exist significant difference. Multi-factor regression analysis showed that the general trust of patients and the satisfaction of medical treatment affect the patients’ interpersonal trust to doctors.
