研究了打孔激光脉冲与材料的相互作用,提出一种新的深孔加工激光脉冲波形,更符合打孔过程向加工区输入能量的规律性,比常规波形脉冲更有利于打孔加工。
The interaction between punched laser pulse and material was studied. A new deep-hole processed laser pulse waveform was proposed, which was more in line with the regularity of energy input into the processing area during punching. It was more conducive to drilling than the conventional waveform pulse.
