高精度的机器视觉系统是实现微器件装配的关键之一。本文对微器件装配系统中机器视觉的功能和过程进行了设计 ,并对各部分算法进行了改进设计使其能够满足微装配的实时检测定位的功能。对微器件中广泛存在的圆形轮廓进行了识别定位的实验 ,结果表明该视觉系统能够为微器件的装配提供精确的定位参数可以保证微装配过程的实现
High-precision machine vision system is one of the keys to achieve micro-device assembly. In this paper, the function and process of machine vision in microassembly assembly system are designed, and the improved design of each part algorithm can make it meet the real-time detection and positioning function of microassembly. The experiment of recognizing and positioning the widely existing circular contour in micro devices has shown that the visual system can provide accurate positioning parameters for the assembly of micro devices to ensure the realization of micro assembly process
