目的了解泰州市各年龄组人群麻疹免疫水平,结合麻疹发病情况,探索泰州市麻疹预防控制措施。方法 2013-2015年在泰州市高港区不同乡镇共采集1 209例对象血清样本,采用酶联免疫吸附法对监测人群进行麻疹抗体测定并对检测结果进行分析。结果2013-2015年麻疹抗体阳性率为12.38%~95.45%。各年龄组麻疹抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义,1.5~岁组最高(95.45%);0~月龄组最低(12.38%)。麻疹IgG抗体中位数8~月龄组和1.5~岁组、15~岁组和25~40岁组两个年龄组差异无统计学意义,其他年龄组之间差异均有统计学意义,8~月龄组最高(1 664.43IU/L);0~月龄组最低(29.08IU/L)。麻疹发病率与对应年龄组麻疹免疫水平相关。结论 2013-2015年麻疹免疫水平监测结果显示,8~17月龄及15岁及以上人群麻疹抗体阳性率较低,同时疾病监测显示,15岁及以上年龄组人群发病率较高。因此,为降低人群麻疹发病水平,泰州市需切实提高麻疹疫苗接种率和接种及时率,加强疫情监测和控制,加强重点人群麻疹疫苗的接种。
Objective To understand the level of measles immunity in all age groups in Taizhou City and to explore the measles prevention and control measures in Taizhou City in combination with the incidence of measles. Methods A total of 1 209 serum samples were collected from different towns and townships in Gaogang district of Taizhou city from 2013 to 2015. The measles antibody was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and the test results were analyzed. Results The positive rate of measles antibody in 2013-2015 ranged from 12.38% to 95.45%. The positive rate of measles antibody in each age group was statistically significant, the highest in the age group of 1.5 ~ (95.45%) and the lowest in the 0 ~ month age group (12.38%). The median age of measles IgG antibody between the age of 8 months and the age group of 1.5 to 15 years, the age of 15 to 25 years and the age group of 25 to 40 years did not reach statistical significance. The differences among the other age groups were statistically significant. ~ The highest in the month-old group (1 664.43 IU / L), the lowest in the 0-month-old group (29.08 IU / L). The incidence of measles is related to the level of measles immunity in the corresponding age group. Conclusion The monitoring results of measles immunity between 2013 and 2015 show that the measles antibody positive rate is low in 8-17 months old and 15 years old and above, and the disease surveillance shows that the incidence of measles measles in the age group of 15 and over is higher. Therefore, in order to reduce the incidence of measles in Taichung City, Taizhou City needs to effectively increase the measles vaccination rate and inoculation timely rate, strengthen the surveillance and control of the epidemic and strengthen the vaccination of measles vaccine in key populations.
