实验采用瑞典模型方法,选用重1.03g,射速1400m/S的钢珠致伤10只狗颌面部,造成重型颌面伤,分别于伤后1h和6h观察颌面伤势,取伤侧耳蜗行扫描电镜和透射电镜观察,了解颌面部高速投射伤伴发耳蜗损伤的超微结构特点。实验发现致伤动物均有耳蜗表面结构变化和耳蜗神经的微观损伤改变,表现为毛细胞的纤毛紊乱和耳蜗神经鞘内结构水肿及线粒体变性,文中还对损伤发生机理和临床救治意义进行了讨论。
In the experiment, the Swedish model method was used. Ten dogs and maxillofacial regions were injured by using steel balls weighing 1.03g and firing rate of 1400m / S. The maxillofacial injuries were observed. The maxillofacial injuries were observed at 1h and 6h after injury respectively. Scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy were performed to investigate the ultrastructural features of high-speed projection injury in maxillofacial region with cochlear injury. The experiment found that the injured animals had changes in the surface structure of the cochlea and changes in the microscopic damage of the cochlear nerve, showing the cilia of the hair cells and the structural edema and mitochondrial degeneration of the nerve sheath in the cochlea. The mechanism of the injury and the meaning of clinical treatment were also discussed .
