在去年参加的我市青年教师优质课评选活动中,笔者共学习了25节课。课堂各异,精彩纷呈。在享受了一场课堂盛宴的同时,笔者却发现了一个奇怪的现象:25节课,竟然有9节课拖堂!下课后,执教的老师感叹一节课的时间不够用,有的执教教师还非常惋惜地认为好几个得意的教学环节没展示。分析原因,笔者认为,教师的教学理念出现问题。短短的一节课,恨不得把所有的知识都教给学生;恨不得演讲、辩论、课本剧、多媒体等都用;恨不得把自己的才
