曹,女,45岁,已婚。发现下腹痛包块1个月于2008年1月18日要求手术入院。患者为中年女性,发现下腹包块1个月。该患平素月经规律30～40天一次,经期5～6天,痛经,无需口服止痛药,末次月经2008年1月10日,1个月前无意中触及下腹部一包块,就诊本院彩超检查报告双附件区囊性肿物,今日来本院要求手术,门诊以“卵巢囊肿”收入院。病程中无发热,无消瘦,无腹泻及便秘,无腹痛,饮食睡眠尚可。
