Objective To summarize the effect of hysteromyomectomy under the laparoscope.Methods The clinical data of 68 cases underwent hysteromyomectomy under the laparoscope were analyzed,including the operative technique and effect,etc.Results All patients were successfully cured and left hospital.No complication was found in these cases.Conclusion There are many advantages of hysteromyomectomy under the laparoscope,such as minimal injury and faster recovery.Hysteromyomectomy under the laparoscope is avaluable and constructive operative technique.
