以优异早熟禾(Poa pratensis Lcv.Merit)品种为研究对象,公园早熟禾(P.pratensis L cv.Park)和冷地早熟禾(P.pratensiskeng)对照品种,对优异早熟禾主要抗旱性能的4项指标:相对含水量、游离脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量和可溶性糖含量,于成坪期进行了测定分析。结果表明:优异早熟禾与对照品种相比,叶片相对含水量最低(83.66%)、丙二醛含量相对最低(0.0028μmol/g);而游离脯氨酸(82.74μg/g)和可溶性糖的含量最高(4.64%),与其他品种间差异极显著。优异早熟禾抗旱性能显著高于对照品种,是一个抗旱、适宜高海拔地区建植的草坪草种。
Taking Poa pratensis L.cv. Merit as the research object, P.pratensis L cv.Park and P. pratensiskeng were used to study the drought resistance of 4 Item Index: Relative water content, free proline content, malondialdehyde content and soluble sugar content were measured and analyzed in the mature stage.
