为了提高海战中弹丸所致颅脑伤的疗效,选择较好的处理方法,本研究选用犬40条,随机分为两组,枪伤头部复制动物模型。行清创、引流和经不同途径抗生素的应用等处理。结果显示,两组的死亡率均为20%。早期的清创、有效地引流和选择不同途径的抗生素的应用是减少死亡率的关键。这一实验可为临床救治火器性颅脑伤提供参考依据。
In order to improve the curative effect of projectile-induced craniocerebral trauma in naval battle, we choose a better treatment method. In this study, 40 dogs were randomly divided into two groups, and the gunshot wound was used to duplicate the animal model. Debridement, drainage and application of antibiotics through different ways. The results showed that both groups had a 20% mortality rate. Early debridement, the effective drainage and selection of different routes of antibiotics is the key to reducing mortality. This experiment can provide a reference for clinical treatment of firearm craniocerebral injury.
