目的通过分析湖北省部分地区1 794份水样中碘含量,得出水碘中位数和区间分布水平,为准确判断地区环境缺碘状况提供科学的参考依据。方法利用砷铈催化法检测湖北省大部分地区送检的复核水样,通过绘制均数-标准差制质控图控制检测质量,并结合该地人群尿碘和食用盐碘含量值对人群碘的摄入情况做适当性分析。结果全省部分地区水碘的中位数为2.9μg/L,区间为0~295.0μg/L;其中0~10.0μg/L的样本占77.8%,10.0~20.0μg/L的样本占9.1%,超过150μg/L的高碘样本占1.3%。结论湖北省大部分地区处于碘缺乏病区,还应加强从食品中添加相关碘供应水平的管理。
Objective To analyze the iodine content of 1 794 water samples in some areas of Hubei Province, and to get the median and interval distribution of water iodine, which can provide scientific reference for accurately judging the iodine deficiency status in the area.
