患者女性,72岁。因查体发现下腹部包块2月余入院。妇科检查:外阴发育正常,阴道通畅,宫颈光滑,触血阴性。子宫扪及不清,盆腔内触及直径约20 cm的囊实性包块,固定,无触痛,子宫后壁结节感。三合诊:子宫直肠陷凹扪及结节感,包块固定。妇科彩超示盆腔内见大小8.3 cm×9.3 cm囊性暗区,边界清,内见2.5 cm×1.4 cm团块略强回声,子宫后方见约11 cm×4 cm的不均质肿块,边界不清。盆腔动态 Patient female, 72 years old.
