目的检测细胞周期调控因子细胞周期蛋白B1、P34cdc2在卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达,探讨细胞周期蛋白B1、P34cdc2在卵巢上皮性肿瘤发生、发展及判断预后中的作用。方法应用免疫组织化学链霉菌抗生素蛋白-过氧化物酶法对正常卵巢、卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤、卵巢交界性肿瘤和卵巢恶性上皮性肿瘤中的细胞周期蛋白B1、P34cdc2进行检测。结果细胞周期蛋白B1和P34cdc2在正常卵巢、卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤、交界性卵巢肿瘤和卵巢恶性上皮性肿瘤中的阳性表达呈递增趋势,且二者在卵巢恶性肿瘤中的表达显著高于其余3组(P<0.01)。在58例卵巢癌中细胞周期蛋白B1及P34cdc2的表达呈正相关(r=0.382,P<0.01)。细胞周期蛋白B1及P34cdc2的表达与卵巢癌的组织学分级、临床分期有明显的相关性,而与病理学类型无关。结论过表达的细胞周期蛋白B1和P34cdc2可作为反映卵巢上皮性肿瘤细胞分裂增殖能力和临床分期的指标之一。
Objective To detect the expressions of cyclin B1 and P34cdc2 in ovarian epithelial neoplasms and to explore the role of cyclin B1 and P34cdc2 in the genesis, development and prognosis of ovarian epithelial neoplasms. Methods The expression of cyclin B1, P34cdc2 in normal ovary, ovarian benign epithelial tumor, borderline ovarian tumor and ovarian malignant epithelial tumor were detected by immunohistochemical streptavidin - peroxidase method. Results The positive expression of cyclin B1 and P34cdc2 in normal ovary, benign epithelial ovarian tumor, borderline ovarian tumor and ovarian malignant epithelial tumor showed an increasing trend, and the expression of cyclin B1 and P34cdc2 in ovarian malignant tumor was significantly higher than that of the other three Group (P <0.01). The expression of cyclin B1 and P34cdc2 in 58 cases of ovarian cancer was positively correlated (r = 0.382, P <0.01). The expressions of cyclin B1 and P34cdc2 were significantly correlated with the histological grade and clinical stage of ovarian cancer, but not with the pathological types. Conclusion Overexpression of cyclin B1 and P34cdc2 can be used as a marker of epithelial ovarian tumor cell division and proliferation and clinical stage of one of the indicators.
