对一种用于高速低温透平膨胀机的新型平箔式箔片径向动压气体轴承进行了试验研究,试验箔片径向轴承的直径为250 m m ,在150 Nm 3 O2/h 制氧机用透平膨胀机上达到了1216 万r/m in, 超速14% 的良好试验效果。通过对多种组合结构参数的轴承 转子系统稳定性能的分析, 得出了最佳实验结构参数的范围, 为今后在透平膨胀机上开发及应用新型平箔径向动压气体轴承提供了设计依据。试验结果表明, 此种结构的箔片轴承具有较好的稳定性及启停性能
A new type of flat foil radial dynamic pressure gas bearing for high speed and low temperature turboexpander was studied. The radial diameter of the test foil radial bearing is 25 0 m m, at 150 Nm 3 O 2 / H Oxygen machine turbo expander reached 12 million r / m in, a 14% speeding test results. Through the analysis of the stability of bearing rotor system with a variety of combined structural parameters, the range of the best experimental structural parameters is obtained, which provides a design basis for the future development and application of a new type of flat foil radial dynamic pressure gas bearings on a turbine expander . The test results show that this structure of the foil bearing has good stability and start-stop performance
