研究促凋亡基因bax在骨巨细胞瘤中的表达及其与Jaffe分级和预后的关系。方法:采用兔抗人Bax多克隆抗体及免疫组织化学SABC法。结果:73例骨巨细胞瘤中,Bax阳性47例(64.4%);其中Jaffe病理分级Ⅰ级27例中,阳性22例(81.5%),Ⅱ级38例中阳性23例(60.5%),Ⅲ级8例中2例阳性(25.0%),P<0.05。在不同预后分组中Bax阳性率间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:促凋亡基因在骨巨细胞瘤中不同程度的表达可能参与骨巨细胞瘤凋亡的调节,并与肿瘤分化程度有关。单一Bax表达不能反应预后。
To study the expression of proapoptotic gene bax in giant cell tumor of bone and its relationship with Jaffe grading and prognosis. Methods: Rabbit anti-human Bax polyclonal antibody and immunohistochemistry SABC method were used. Results: In 73 cases of giant cell tumor of bone, 47 cases were Bax positive (64.4%); among the 27 cases of Jaffe pathological grade I, 22 cases (81.5%) were positive, and 23 cases were positive in 38 cases of grade II ( 60.5%) of the 8 cases in grade III were positive (25.0%), P<0.05. There was no significant difference in Bax positive rates among different prognostic groups (P>0.05). CONCLUSION: The different levels of pro-apoptotic gene expression in giant cell tumor of bone may be involved in the regulation of apoptosis of giant cell tumor of bone, and is related to the degree of tumor differentiation. Single Bax expression does not reflect prognosis.
