随着分子生物学技术的发展,植物品种分子指纹图谱的建设逐渐成为当前的重要应用领域。综述了DNA指纹数据库建设及辅助植物新品种保护DUS测试进展,综合分析了DNA指纹图谱和分子标记应用于植物新品种保护的优越性和存在的问题,以便更好地服务于新品种DUS测试工作。
With the development of molecular biology technology, the construction of plant molecular fingerprinting has gradually become the important application field. In this paper, the progress of DNA fingerprinting database construction and assisting plants in the protection of new varieties of DUS was reviewed. The advantages and disadvantages of DNA fingerprinting and molecular markers applied in the protection of new plant varieties were analyzed in order to better serve the DUS testing of new varieties .
