通过材料拉伸试验测定了1052CTP铝板基试样在室温状态及不同退火温度条件下的抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率等力学性能,分析了试样力学性能与退火温度、保温时间之间的关系,并进行了试样耐软化性能测试。结果表明:1052CTP铝板基试样的力学性能具有各向异性,强度性能沿轧制(RD)方向为最优,塑性性能沿45°方向最优;再结晶开始温度约300℃,再结晶完成温度约380℃;建议烤版温度设置在290℃。
