目的:探讨杭州周边农村多动症(ADHD)儿童自我意识发展现状,为ADHD儿童心理辅导提供依据。方法:选取三甲精神专科医院诊断的ADHD杭州周边农村儿童100例,并随机抽取对照组儿童100例,填写Piers-Harris儿童自我意识量表。用SPSS统计软件进行分析。结果:ADHD儿童组的各因子及总得分均低于正常儿童组(P<0.05);ADHD儿童组女生的行为、智力与学校情况、躯体外貌与属性及总得分高于男生(P<0.05);ADHD儿童组智力与学校情况得分高于全国常模(P<0.05),其他因子及总得分两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:杭州周边地区ADHD儿童智力与在校情况比全国常模好,但在各个方面与总体上都比杭州地区正常儿童低,社会、学校、家庭及医疗机构应采取适宜的措施,培养他们对自我的正确认识,并提高其社会能力。
Objective: To explore the status quo of self-awareness of children with ADHD in Hangzhou and to provide evidence for psychological counseling of ADHD children. Methods: 100 cases of children with ADHD diagnosed in Hangzhou were enrolled in the Psychiatric Hospital of Tri-Psychiatry. 100 children in the control group were randomly selected and filled in Piers-Harris Children’s Self-Consciousness Scale. Use SPSS statistical software for analysis. Results: The scores of all factors and total scores of children with ADHD were lower than those of normal children (P <0.05). The scores of behavior, intelligence and school, physical appearance and attributes and total scores of girls in ADHD children were higher than boys (P <0.05) The score of intelligence and school in ADHD children group was higher than that of national norm (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between other factors and total score (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The ADHD children in surrounding areas of Hangzhou have better intelligence and school conditions than the national average, but in all respects and overall, they are lower than normal children in Hangzhou. Social, school, family and medical institutions should take appropriate measures to train them Self-understanding and improve their social skills.
